It is a 1 minute walk from the North Exit of Tagajo Station, JR Sengoku Line, Please walk to the right. Library is nextdoor.

From Sendai	Take route 45, Sangyo Douro (25 minutes)
From Tokyo	Tohoku Expressway, exit "Sendai Minami IC"→Sendai Tobu via Sendai Nanbu Douro, exit Sendai Port North IC (10minutes)
From Morioka	Tohoku Expressway, Tomiya JCT-Sendai Hokubu Road - Exit tagajp IC JCT (10 minutes)

●Parking

Please use the City Municipal Parking. It is located on the south side of the station.
Open 24 hours, 351 cars may be parked.
The first hour of parking is free
If you use the library, another hour is free. A total of 2 hours free parking. Please come to the 1st floor counter with your parking ticket.
From there, 100 Yen charge per 30 miniutes of parking.
Parking space is limited, especially during congestion. Commercial transportation is advised.

●Bicycle Parking

Please use the Municipal Bicycle Parking lot. Located on the southside of the station, parking is free for 2 hours.
From there, the charge is 50 Yen for 8 hours, 100 Yen for motorcycles.
