Library Counter
The Tagajo City Library has the following 4 counters
Each counter serves a different purpose, but please do not hesitate to come to any counter.

Self Counter
There is a self counter (automatic renting machine) on the 1st floor of the main building and Kid's counter,
Follow the instructions of the machine to borrow materials
Some material may not be borrowed at the self counter. Please ask staff.
Library Log Book Recording Machine
The Library Log Book recording machine is located at the 1st floor of the main building and by the Kid's counter.
The recording machine at the Kid's counter is of a smaller size.
Registration is necessary beforehand. Please consult a staff.
Search Device（iPad）
The building is equipped with a searching device (iPad) at various places
You may search by title/author and a print out receipt will show you where the material is located
iPads may be borrowed. Please do not hesitate to ask.
Study Area
The 3rd floor has a study area for you to study, search.
The seats are available on a first come, first serve basis. No reservations allowed.
Gallery
There is a gallery on the 3rd floor (Main Building) to exhibit artwork. No charge necessary.
Exhibitions（TAGAYASU)
There is a place on the 3rd floor (Main Building) to exhibit the photographs, etc.
If you would like to hold an exhibit, a library card is necessary. Please come to one of the
library counters.
Multi-Purpose Restroom / Ostomate, Wheelchair
There are wheelchars at the East entrance of the main building. There is also a dedicated parking lot for people on wheelcharis.
There is also a multi-purpose restroom to serve people with ostomate or on wheelchairs.
※For safety reasons, please consult a staff before using.
Kids Library
The main building is equipped with a Kid's library and has many children's books and picture books.
It is directly connected from the West entrance of the 1st floor, main building.
Not only can you enjoy the books as a family, but volunteers periodically read stories to the children.
Herbs and fruit are planted in the Kid's Terrace for you to touch. Eating and drinking is allowed.
Children's Restoom / Nursing Room / Stroller
Strollers are available near the East entrance of the main buildilng.
A nursing area and beds to change diapers are on the 1st floor near the Kid's library.
Restrooms for kids are also available.
